Hi, I’m Adam Shaw, Director at Grapevine Estate Agents.
I head up all things marketing, social media, and branding—basically, it’s my job to make sure your home gets the attention it deserves. I’m always thinking of fresh, creative ways to showcase our properties and keep our marketing one step ahead of the curve.
With over 20 years in estate agency—starting as a trainee and working my way up to Branch Manager—I know the industry inside out. I’ve also lived and worked in the RG10 area for nearly two decades, so I know exactly what makes this part of the world such a great place to call home.
On top of marketing, I also personally handle all our sales progression. Once your property is under offer, the real work often begins. I stay in close contact with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to make sure everything keeps moving and that you're always kept in the loop—because a smooth, stress-free sale is what we’re all about.
